Scientific Membership Application 2026

Thank you for your interest in submitting an application for scientific membership. Please carefully follow the instructions below.

Applications must be submitted to include the following:

    • A selection of BOTH a primary and secondary participation team
    • A letter of interest, indicating how you plan to contribute to BEST
    • Your current CV

Upload files in PDF or MSWord format only and include your last name within each filename.

Please use this online application only, and do not submit applications by email or postal mail.

The application deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026. Applications will be evaluated by the Executive Team following the closing date, with decisions being announced by September 2026.

The first meeting of the refreshed scientific membership will be in Spring 2027.
